Pamela Pansardi works towards an investigation of the EU values sphere through the analysis of official speeches by European political leaders. Besides her interest in the study of political language, her main research interests are in political theory (theories of power, freedom, democracy) and in gender and politics. Before joining REScEU, she was Post-doctoral Fellow at the University of Pavia and Adam Smith Guest Professor at the University of Bayreuth. Her work has been published or is forthcoming in journals such as: Journal of Political Power; Critical Review of International Social and Political Philosophy; Theoria: A Journal of Social and Political Theory; Revue Internationale de Philosophie; Parliamentary Affairs.
