Associate professor. He teaches Political Science, Theories of Political Change and Comparative Political Institutions at the University of Pavia. He teaches Political Theory in the Faculty of Philosophy of the University Vita-Salute San Raffaele of Milan. He studies political theory and political institutions analysis. He is a member of the staff of the Doctoral School in Political Science, and is co-chairman (with Ian Carter) of the regular research Seminar on Political Theory at the Casip "M. Stoppino", of which he is Director for the years 2018-2020. He is also responsible of the "Quaderni di scienza politica" journal.
